Christopher Fleser has lived and worked on the South Shore since 1995. Before becoming a Mortgage Planner in 2003, he spent six years in the Professional Service Industry, an experience which has ingrained in him the importance of trust and honesty in a working relationship. Chris strives to fully understand his clients’ needs, both professionally and personally, this is a crucial factor which makes Chris an ideal partner when selecting a mortgage professional.

When not working for his clients; Chris can be found coaching a soccer spring and fall. In the past he has held the position of President of the Institute of Management Accountants’ Boston Chapter and treasurer position for several local non profit organizations including his church. Chris is currently a member of the Holbrook Rotary Club and the Plymouth & South Shore Association of REALTORS®, from whom he received the PASS Affiliate of the Year Award for 2008.

Chris loves to work with first-time home buyers to assist in finding the individual loan program that meets their financial objectives, however; he is also proficient in debt consolidation, cash-out refinances, new construction, re-hab financing and all mortgage vehicles.
