Poli Mortgage Group was founded in 2001 by Chip and Chris Poli, brothers with a passion for the mortgage and real estate industries, and a shared goal to build a world-class mortgage services company that would stand above the many competitors in a very crowded industry.

Today, we are one of the top independently owned mortgage companies in New England – having originated over 30,000 mortgages to-date, and currently writing over $1 billion in mortgages per year. Chip and Chris credit our success to the quality of our team and collective commitment to consistently provide the best rates, operate with the highest level of integrity, and provide exemplary customer service to our customers:

• Rates - Our multi-lender platform enables us to deliver the best rates. We have established strong relationships with over thirty-five banks enabling us to secure the best programs and rates for our customers. We write over $1 billion in mortgages annually; and due to our large volume of loans, we receive the most competitive rates from each bank and are able to offer the best product solutions along with the most competitive rates.

• Integrity - Over the years our team has developed a strong reputation built on integrity, honesty and trust.   We work closely with our clients to understand their goals. Our clients think of us as their partner and know they can rely on us to identify the best products and rates that best meet their individual needs.

• Service - Our mortgage professionals and operations team are dedicated to serving the needs of their clients, and making the home purchase or refinance process as easy as possible. Our in-house processing, underwriting, closing and post-closing departments enable us to help clients through the entire mortgage experience and close loans quickly and efficiently. The settlement agents we partner with will close at clients’ homes or offices when appropriate or necessary. 

Our commitment to these values has enabled us to withstand the pressures of the current financial climate; while many mortgage companies have closed their doors, we have expanded our credit lines and opened new offices. Currently we have offices in: Massachusetts, including Boston, Norwood, and Plymouth, Plainville, Quincy, Sunrise, FL and Glen Allen, VA. 

We employ over 90 mortgage originators, as well as a highly trained operations team providing in-house Training, Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Post-Closing services. We are licensed in all states within New England, as well as, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia.
